Banana Coconut & Walnut Smoothie
Prawn and Feta Cocktail
  • 1 ½ bananas
  • ½ cup organic coconut milk
  • 1 tablespoon raw honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon organic coconut oil
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • ¼ cup walnuts
  • Handful of ice or water, as desired


Roughly chop the bananas and place all the ingredients in a blender.

Blend on high until creamy and smooth.

Pour the smoothie into a glass and sprinkle with a bit of cinnamon.
